Prepared in an air fryer for two-thirds of the recommended time, the fillets have a crisp and golden coating. While tempting to think of the crumb as a ‘garlic bread flavoured crumbed’, it’s really a ‘garlic flavoured bread crumb’ that gave an additional and enjoyable depth to the fillet, without the added richness of the butter you would expect from garlic bread. Overall, we enjoy this flavoured crumb and would repurchase.
