This is the Bourbon × Nippon Yell Fettuccine Gumi Premium Okinawa Iriomotejima Peach Pineapple, a collaboration made with juice from peach pineapples grown at Araragama Farm on Iriomote Island, Okinawa Prefecture. “Peach pineapple” refers to the Soft Touch variety, named for its peach-like fragrance rather than colour or size. Although smaller than many commercial pineapples, it is prized for its flavour intensity and aroma.

Each gummy measured approximately 4.5 × 1.2 × 0.5 cm, finished in a pale yellow tone and coated in fine sour crystals. The aroma was fresh and gently sweet with a floral peach-like  profile.

On tasting, the gummy delivered a firm, slightly al dente bite characteristic of the Fettuccine series, while the crystal coating delivered an initial crunch and lingering textural roughness. Flavour opened with a clean sour hit from the coating, before the pineapple emerged on the first chew. By the second chew, the fruit character became notably juicy and expressive, developing bright acidity and a clear floral note through the finish. The flavour genuinely evoked the sweet–tart profile of yellow peach layered over tropical pineapple, rather than a typical pineapple sweetness.

Overall, a distinctive and well-executed gummy with a flavour profile that feels genuinely specific.
