Together with the limited batch of kiwifruit, this Chobani Pots Greek Yoghurt Blackcurrant was released in August 2017 as a permanent flavour in the Chobani lineup. Blackcurrants are difficult to come by fresh, so while I’ve not had the chance to try them fresh, I’m a firm fan of blackcurrant flavoured foods.

Surprisingly tart describes this yoghurt well. I expected a sweet berry flavour, much like those flavouring sweet foods, only to find a sharp tartness accompanying the signature blackcurrant flavour. The tartness accentuates the sourness of the Greek yoghurt, which is ordinarily well balanced by the sweeter fruit flavours in the range. That said, the blackcurrant pulp was generous, with whole blackcurrants throughout.
This tub of Chobani Greek Yoghurt Blackcurrant contained 140 g. It was produced in Australia and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2017.
