This Chobani Greek Yoghurt Limited Batch Zomberry was a limited batch released to celebrate Halloween in 2020. It’s a ‘ vanilla flavoured low-fat Greek yogurt with sour blackberries’. The blackberry blend makes up 15% of the tub and uses 20% blackberries as well as chia seeds.

We’re greeted by a grey cement-like appearance and dark black blackberry pulp, both of which have had vegetable carbon added to achieve their shade. Upon tasting, the vanilla notes in the yoghurt came through prominently for a sweet base, while the black berry pulps adds an additional dimension of sweetness, rather than the promised sourness, to our surprise. Overall, stonger acidity in the pulp or unflavoured Greek yoghurt would’ve allowed the blackberry notes to shine through, but we do enjoy the spooky Halloween quality of this grey and black yoghurt.
