This is the Bibigo Mandu Chicken Dumplings.

The dumplings measured approximately 8 cm in length and 4 cm in height. They were composed of 17% chicken, combined with cabbage, sweet potato glass noodles, onion, shallots, tofu, and mushroom, all unified by chicken bone broth. Upon tasting, the dumpling skins displayed a pleasantly thin texture that effectively supported the filling. The taste closely mirrored that of the vegetable dumplings, with a slightly firmer texture and minimal deviation in flavour beyond the influence of the chicken bone broth. The chicken flavour predominantly manifested as an essence of chicken bone broth, notwithstanding the visible presence of chicken mince. Overall, the subtle flavouring of these dumplings made it a preferable option for those using dipping sauces. Our personal preference leaned towards the heartier Kimchi and Korean BBQ selections.
