This is the Coca-Cola I LOHAS Mikan, which contained no fruit juice but was flavoured with an extract from unshū mikan grown in Ehime Prefecture and hyūganatsu from Miyazaki Prefecture.

The beverage was clear and colourless, with a fragrant, sweet citrus aroma reminiscent of fresh mikan. When chilled, the mikan flavour was immediately prominent, delivering a sweetness akin to mikan juice at the start of each sip. This was followed by a refreshing pop of tartness mid-sip, before returning to a well-balanced sweet-tart finish.

The flavour profile was reminiscent of orange-flavoured powdered electrolyte drinks, with a subtle savoury note from the electrolytes, but with a brighter, more refreshing finish. This made it an excellent choice for a light, citrus-flavoured water, well worth repurchasing.
