This is the Kabaya Pureral Gumi Melon. Each gummy is 1.5.x 1.5 cm x 1 cm with the off white sections described as a soft gummy while the clear sections are described as a jiggly gummy. It uses 1% fruit juice from melons grown in Japan.

Upon tasting, the gummy has a sweet melon aroma that came through just as bright and balanced with an enjoyable acidity on tasting. The off-white sections have a soft, bouncy texture that brought a sweet, slightly creamy melon flavour and contrast with the clear gummy bits that are firmer and without a bounce. The teeth go through the clear bits cleanly and deliver a more intense melon flavour and are the source of the balancing acidity. The flavour and texture of these gummy are perfect.
