Kaldi Coffee Farm Philippine Cebu Island Dried White Guava

This is the Kaldi Coffee Farm Philippine Cebu Island Dried White Guava.

Each slice measured approximately 3–9 cm in length and 3 mm in thickness. The pieces retained their skin, which had a dark green-yellow hue, while the flesh ranged from yellow to orange. The aroma was reminiscent of dried mango, rather than distinctly guava.

On tasting, however, the characteristic flavour of white guava became immediately apparent—fragrant and sweet, with a soft yet chewy texture that retained a pleasant bite. As the chew progressed, herbaceous notes from the skin began to emerge, followed by the signature sweet core typical of white guava. The sweetness deepened towards the finish, culminating in a rounded, lingering flavour. The chewy texture provided a welcome counterpoint to the crispness of fresh guava, while preserving the fruit’s aromatic profile.

This was a thoughtfully produced dried fruit, successfully capturing the essence of fresh white guava. A definite candidate for repurchase.
