The coffee beans varied in size snf were enrobed in a uniform 2mm layer of dark chocolate. Upon tasting, the initial firmness of the chocolate layer gave way to a more audible crunch as we reached the coffee beans. The dark chocolate proved to be rich, smooth, and devoid of overwhelming bitterness or acidity, boasting a mellow sweetness that spoke to its high quality. This texture and flavour perfectly complemented the coffee beans, which in turn released a delightful aroma and rich, roasted flavour with minimal bitterness upon chewing. The harmonious blend of chocolate and coffee resulted in an incredibly delicious flavour profile, elevating these chocolate-coated coffee beans to some of the best we’ve ever encountered.
