Sun from Korea may well be one of N’s favourite crisps. These Orion Sun Hot Spicy are a twist on the original.

 

 

These crisps are rectangular with a wide ripple pattern, much like SunBite Grain Waves in Australia, and orange in colour. Upon tasting, these crisps are thinner and lighter, as well as give a more brittle crunch than Grain Waves. As for the promise of ‘hot spicy with whole grain’, the flavour of corn and wheat were prominent but the spices delivered only a tangy, sweetness that delivered absolutely nothing in the heat department.

This Orion Sun Hot Spicy contained 80 g. It was produced in South Korea and received as a gift from friends in Sydney, Australia in 2019.
