This Red Rock Deli Popcorn Red Chilli Salt is one of our favourite flavours out of the influx from late 2018. It’s described as pairing ‘a grinding of sea salt and a kick of chilli to create a mouth-watering harmony of flavours’ with paprika, chilli, black pepper and red bell pepper powder adding the kick according to the ingredients list.

These popcorn have a savoury aroma with a very fine red chilli salt seasoning that evenly coats the surface of each piece and carries a gentle initial heat that builds with an immensely enjoyable intensity and savoury flavour as we keep eating. The popcorn itself is light and crispy with a round shape. We’re impressed that this popcorn delivered such an enjoyable promised kick of chilli, whereas most chilli flavoured chips tend to focus on a red paprika ‘spice’ flavour rather than heat.
