Back in 2017, Red Rock Deli opened a pop up personalised crisp store at Westfield Sydney. Called the Red Rock Deli Taste Space, shoppers could create their own flavour combination, one of which has inspired this Red Rock Deli Potato Chips  Limited Edition Slow Roasted Chicken & Garlic Aioli.

These chips are deli-style with an even yellow colour and garlicky aroma. Upon tasting, it’s the unmistakable flavour of a juicy roasted chicken that came through followed swiftly by the fragrant garlicky notes in the body and a light and creamy acidity in the finish from the aioli, with the roasted chicken notes lingering on in the aftertaste. A quick look at the ingredients, it’s evident that the bright chicken flavour comes from the use of chicken fat and chicken powder.

This Red Rock Deli Potato Chips Limited Edition Slow Roasted Chicken & Garlic Aioli contained 150 g. It was produced in Australia and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2018.
