This is the Remedy Kombucha Lemon, Lime & Bitters. It is made using real lemon, lime and botanicals, but sweetened artificially with erythritol and steviol glycosides.

The beverage was a translucent coral-pink colour with a gentle fermented, sweet aroma and light carbonation. Served chilled, the zesty acidity of the lemon and lime came through with a hint of the funky fermented notes in the background. The botanical note of the bitters — predominantly cinnamon — came through in the body with a moderate sweetness but the characteristic bitterness of stevia lingered in the aftertaste. Overall, I’d have enjoyed a bolder flavour from the bitters, which would’ve also masked the artificial sweetener better.
This Remedy Kombucha Lemon, Lime & Bitters contained 700 ml. It was produced in Australia and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2020.
