This is the Suntory Iyemon Kyōto Lemonade, made with a blend of juice from whole squeezed lemons, honey, and green tea selected by Kyōto’s renowned Fukujuen.

The beverage had a translucent yellow hue and a honeyed lemon aroma. When consumed chilled, the gentle acidity and sweetness of the whole squeezed lemons were immediately noticeable, delivering a fresh lemon flavour without the harshness sometimes associated with lemon oils. The honey contributed a floral richness that enhanced the sweetness, while the green tea added a mellow, rounded vegetal quality, free of bitterness or astringency.

With its well-balanced combination of sweet and sour lemon notes, smooth, floral honey, and a clean, pleasant aftertaste, this lemonade was both refreshing and satisfying, making it a worthwhile repurchase.
