Thatchers Gold English Cider is our first cider from England. The cider apples that have been used in their cider for over a hundred years are grown in the Thatcher family orchards in Somerset, England.

The cider is a bright golden straw colour with a sweet apple nose and generous carbonation. Served chilled, a fruity sweetness came through followed closely by bright and crisp apple notes in the body before a hint of acidity developed at the end of the body ahead of a smooth and clean finish. While other ciders may be sweet, this one is distinguished by its lack of acidity throughout, making for a refreshing and enjoyable cider with almost no lingering aftertaste.
This Thatchers Gold English Cider contained 330 ml. It was bottled in the United Kingdom and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2017.
