This is the Vita Lemon Tea Phoenix Dancong.
Departing from the standard Vita Lemon Tea and the version using exclusively Ceylon black tea, this iteration blended black tea with Phoenix Dancong. The pairing of Phoenix Dancong and lemon has gained popularity in both Hong Kong and Sydney, particularly within bubble tea offerings. This version contained no less than 5.3 g/L of lime and lemon juice concentrate, and at least 1.8 g/L of Phoenix Dancong tea extract.

The beverage was a translucent orange-brown hue with a refreshing citrus aroma. Consumed chilled, it opened with vivid lemon-lime aromatics, delivering the zesty sharpness and soft acidity of lime from the outset. Mid-sip, the floral, orchid-like character of the Phoenix Dancong emerged distinctly, accompanied by an intensification of the sour lemon notes. A gentle astringency followed through the finish, free of bitterness. Compared even to the Ceylon-based variant, this version featured a notably more restrained sweetness and presented a refined and elegant tea profile, paired with a bright and invigorating citrus character. A distinctive and well-balanced offering — worth repurchasing when more readily available in Sydney.
This Vita Lemon Tea Phoenix Dancong contained 250 mL. It was produced in China and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2025.
