This is the Belvoir Fruit Farms Cucumber & Mint Presse. It’s a seasonal recipe available in the UK summer and described as having ‘the thirst-quenching properties and delicious flavour of cucumber, blended with a wonderful, icy touch of mint’.

The drink is clear very pale green colour with some sediment suspended throughout, a sweet minty cucumber aroma and a gentle carbonation. Served chilled, the watery cucumber notes came through initially with a prominent sweetness before a cooling mint came through with a artificial flavour from the geranium in the finish to leave somewhat floral cucumber aftertaste. Overall, the drink had a distinct flavour but we’re not fans due to the prominent sweetness and the synthetic mint-geranium blend that, together with the cucumber, recalled the scent of facial toners.
