This is the %22 Osmanthus Oolong ($7.60, fixed sweetness, fixed no ice). It’s part of their glitter drinks series and consisted of edible glitter mixed with a lightly oxidised oolong infused with osmanthus flowers.

Consumed chilled, the osmanthus is fragrant with the floral apricot notes of its flowers at the head of each sip along with a restrained sweetness that amplifies the floral, slightly sweet notes of the green oolong and rounds out its natural astringency. A clear, slightly sweet aftertaste from the oolong lingered gently on the palate for a refreshing beverage. The glitter is all for the theatrics, of course, and mesmerizes with its dynamic swirls that change with every sip. While I enjoyed the novelty of the glitter, I’d sooner swap for tapioca pearls for texture.
