This is the Lupicia Soleil Levant.

This tea blend combined sencha and matcha with grape and citrus flavours, and pink peppercorns, marigold and blue mallow.

Steeping a 2.5 g tea bag in 200 mL of water at 75ºC for 90 seconds produced a yellow-green infusion with a smooth, refreshing aroma of tropical citrus and gentle sweetness. Consumed hot, the tea opened with a bright muscat flavour, naturally sweet from the tea itself without any added sugars or artificial sweeteners. Soft citrus notes emerged mid-sip, adding vibrancy without sharpness or bitterness. In the latter half of the sip, the vegetal character of the sencha became more pronounced as the initial fruity aromas faded, bringing a subtle astringency. The balance of natural sweetness, delicate citrus, and fresh grassy sencha made for an exceptionally refreshing tea, enjoyable both hot and iced.
