Released as a seasonal flavour for Valentine’s Day 2025, this macchiato featured milk blended with nougat sauce, vanilla, and sugar cane syrup to create a nougat-infused foam. It was topped with ice, blonde espresso, and a nougat topping. The beverage had a layered appearance, with a clear syrup layer at the base, followed by a rich brown espresso layer that settled when poured, and a thick nougat foam on top, finished with crunchy toppings.

On tasting, the nougat foam immediately delivered a distinct honey nougat flavour. It was light yet voluminous, with subtle egg white undertones. Towards the end of the sip, the light roast espresso emerged, providing a mellow roasted coffee flavour that balanced the nougat’s sweetness. The toppings added texture, featuring crunchy caramelised sugar bits, tart freeze-dried fruit pieces, and nutty pistachio and almond fragments.

Overall, this was an enjoyable seasonal coffee with well-balanced sweetness and texture.
