This is the Mulberry Boom ($9.90, light ice, sugar-free sweetener, with clear jelly, complimentary with the standard size but requires selecting the option) from HEYTEA.

The beverage was a deep red-purple hue with the slushie offering  an immediate burst of mulberry flavour, combining its typical musky sweetness with a sharper acidity from the lemon that enhanced the berry notes without overwhelming them. Light jasmine dewy undertones added a refreshing contrast to the richness of the mulberry. without astringency or bitterness from the green tea. The drink included plenty of mulberry pieces, macerated but still retaining their texture, making it slightly more difficult to sip through the straw and providing a satisfying fruitiness. The clear jelly added a fun, bouncy texture, though their irregular size meant they also required more effort to sip. The artificial sweetener left a noticeable aftertaste, and we would prefer cane sugar in future orders. Overall, this was a refreshing and distinct beverage in Sydney’s boba scene, and one worth considering for a future purchase.
