Bubble Nini Tea opened a second store in Bakers Dozen at the new The Exchange precinct in Darling Square.

This is the Jasmine is a Cute Tea ($6.50, standard ice, standard sugar). The tea is a translucent pale yellow-green colour with a fragrant sweet jasmine aroma while the pearls are an opaque pink colour. Consumed chilled, the notes of jasmine came through bright and dewy with a mellow sweetness that allows the tea to shine. The sakura pearls bring the most prominent, but still restrained, source of sweetness with a subtle floral hint that recalled the fragrance of sakura rather than the taste of the preserved blossoms. While a different kind of floral profile, it complements the jasmine well while adding textural interest. Overall, this is an enjoyable milk tea perfect for those who enjoy floral flavours.
