After acquiring a taste for osmanthus tea at BN’s home, I try the Osmanthus Blossoms from Tea Journal.

The infusion was a clear off white colour with a fruity and floral aroma that recalled the crispness of apples and a fragrant sweetness of apricots. Consumed hot, the flavour was much lighter than the aroma would suggest. The floral notes are gentle with a mellow sweetness that’s crisp and refreshing, making it the perfect tea to chase a heavy meal or quench thirst on a hot day.
This Osmanthus Blossoms was purchased at Tea Journal located at Ground Floor, 382 Sussex Street, Haymarket NSW 2000 in May 2019.
