This is the Vita HK Style Milk Tea Original. It used Ceylon tea leaves and evaporated milk.

The tea had an opaque dark tan hue with a sweet milk with black tea aroma. When consumed chilled, it offered a rich, velvety creaminess. The bold notes of black tea were complemented by a rich evaporated milk taste, giving the milk tea a surprisingly ‘umami’ flavour profile. The milk added a soft sweetness with a touch of savoury that developed as the liquid spread across the palate, creating a smooth milk tea flavour with creamy chocolatey notes emerging in the finish, followed by a clean aftertaste.

The flavour was similar to Kirin Gogo no Kōcha Milk Tea, but less sweet and creamier, and Black & White Hong Kong Style Milk Tea, but less intense and creamier. Unlike Black & White, it retained its homogeneity without separating, and while the evaporated milk notes were boldly evident and creamy, they did not leave an unpleasantly milky aftertaste. Overall, this beverage was worth repurchasing.

This Vita HK Style Milk Tea Original contained 480 mL. It was produced in Hong Kong and purchased in Hong Kong in 2023.
