The block measured 13 x 6 x 0.8 cm, and contained a minimum of 36% cocoa in the chocolate mass, as well 19% camel milk powder, 5% macadamia nuts, 5% orange zest, and honey. The bar of milk chocolate had white and orange specks, and a vibrant orange aroma upon unwrapping.

Upon tasting, the pronounced presence of orange zest was immediately apparent with each bite, intensifying as the milk chocolate rapidly melted into a luscious, creamy texture. The initial orange flavor hinted at a sweet infusion of orange juice within the milk chocolate, offering a refreshing note that balanced the chocolate’s richness. However, a robust zesty character emerged when biting into pieces of peel, leaving a lingering bitterness on the palate that was not subdued by the sweetness and creaminess of the chocolate. Beyond the exquisite smoothness of the milk chocolate, the crushed macadamias stood out, contributing a warm nuttiness and a subtle crunch. The chocolate bar would have been more enjoyable with just the addition of macadamias.
