Each strip is around 4 x 1 x 0.7 cm in size with an opaque yellow colour. Upon tasting, the sugar dusted on the surface gave an initial sweetness before biting into the gummy to releasing a juicy, sweet apple flavour with a pleasant acidity that’s much like fresh, cloudy apple juice. This punchy flavour persists as we chew through the gummy, which has a bouncy texture with just enough resistance to the teeth and gradually dissolves as its chewed through without sticking to our teeth.
