Paldo King Noodle Lobster Flavour

Lobsters are tasty, but they’re expensive and messy to eat, so I’m always open to trying lobster flavoured foods. This here is Paldo King Noodle Lobster Flavour.

Each cup contained dehydrated noodles as well as dried onion, seaweed and carrot flakes and mini slices of kamaboko. A seasoning sachet holds the flavour for these noodles, and along with lobster seasoning powder, also contained crab and shrimp seasoning powders along with the usual salt, MSG, chilli, etc.

The noodles are prepared by adding boiling water to the noodles and covering for 5 minutes. Alternatively, cold water can be added to the bowl and microwaved for 5 minutes.

There’s a prominent lobster aroma from these noodles after preparation. Upon tasting, the noodles have a tender yet elastic bite to them, soaking up the lobster flavour from the moderately spicy soup. The seaweed and kamaboko add bits of texture although there isn’t nearly enough. But that’s fine, as the intended star of the product – prominent lobster flavour and the generous portion of noodles delivering the flavour – more than delivered.

This Paldo King Noodle Lobster Flavour contained 106 g. It was produced in South Korea and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2018.
