This Blueberry Green Tea ($6.00 for large, no sugar, no ice, +$0.00.75 for pearls) was a seasonal flavour for winter 2019. The tea is a translucent deep purple colour with fruit pulp suspended throughout and a fruity blueberry aroma. Consumed chilled, the blueberry notes came through fresh with a gentle acidity and balanced sweetness at the head of each sip before a mild astringency emerged mid-sip to remind of the tea base. Overall, the blueberry flavour dominates the green tea base, but it’s an enjoyable flavour although not one we’d order over the existing flavours.
