This is the Signature Purple Rice Yoghurt ($6.50, fixed sugar, no ice) from Milk Flower. Consumed chilled, the drink had a prominent lactic acid flavour that recalled a Greek yoghurt before the purple rice lingered in the finish for some chewy textural interest. The flavour was comparable to the one from Yomie’s Rice x Yoghurt, but not preferred as it had a thinner mouthfeel and softer, separated grains of rice that deliver less chewiness.
