This is the Vaalia Sorbet Sensation Mango Yoghurt. It contained three probiotics (min 170 million each of l. Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus GG, which is minuscule compared to supplements).
The blended fruit sits on top of the yoghurt base unlike the pots by Chobani and has the appearance of sorbet, but a soft and almost spongy, fluffy texture that melts in the mouth to return to the sorbet sensation. The fruit had a very gentle sweetness that adds just a touch of sweetness to the contrasting tarter, creamy yoghurt base. Overall, it’s an enjoyable yoghurt, but we prefer the texture of the more mainstream fruit pulp.
