We were delighted to find this Original Juice Co Quenchers Mandarin on the shelves of our local Coles after the Grove Juice Signature Mandarin Juice stopped being longer stocked almost two years ago. This one contained 17% fruit cells (pulp) and 13% mandarin juice, as well as 2% sugar.

The juice is a translucent bright yellow colour with a sweet mandarin aroma. Served chilled, the mandarin flavour came through bright with a restrained sweetness and enjoyable acidity, much like a fresh mandarin, before a prominent zesty finish. While the flavour was refreshing and bright, the mouthfeel was thin and borders on watery, which we’re disappointed by and convinced is a result of the brand’s desire to label their juice as ‘reduced sugar’: the more dilute the juice, the less sweetness required to counter the acidity.
This Original Juice Co Quenchers Mandarin contained 1.5 L. It was produced in Australia and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2020.
