The beverage was a semi-transparent pale pink colour with a gently tart raspberry aroma and a mild carbonation. Served chilled, the notes of raspberry came through with a mellow sweetness and acidity that accurately mimics the softness and sweetness of the fresh fruit, while the more prominent acidity of the lemon comes lingered in the background of the sip and naturally complements the natural fermented acidity of kombucha. As with the rest of the Lo Bros kombucha, the sweetness came through as natural without detectable hints of stevia in the finish or aftertaste.
