This is the Starbucks Pistachio Pure Matcha Latte ($7.50), which consisted of sweet pistachio sauce paired with matcha powder and steamed milk. This is topped with cold foam, followed by a nutty waffle sprinkle and zig-zags of pistachio drizzle.
Starbucks is not terribly consistent with their drinks so this is missing the promise of the pistachio drizzle. That aside, the pistachio flavour came through subtly as a warm nuttiness in the drink but is otherwise subtle and evident only in the nutty waffle sprinkle on top. Overall, though, the drink was rather passable as the addition of the sweetness in the pistachio syrup gave the matcha latte an overly pronounced sweet dairy flavour that was not enjoyable.
