The iceblock comes in a ‘fun wedge shape’ with a green base and centre that’s covered in a thin red shell, much like a watermelon slice. Upon tasting, the mildness of the watermelon taste gave it a surprisingly natural flavour, as it avoids the artificiality that comes with the usually concentrated intensity of watermelon flavoured foods. The red shell has a milder flavour than the green interior, but overall, the cold temperature of the iceblock numbed the tongue and accentuated the mildness of the flavour, so we would’ve enjoyed a more intense flavour.
