This is the Passionfruit Slush with Honey Jelly ($7.80, fixed size (large), fixed sweetness, fixed ice) from Coco Fresh Tea & Juice. It consisted of layers of honey jelly, passionfruit pulp, and passionfruit slush.
Consumed chilled, the sweetness of the smooth honey jelly was punctuated by the crunch of the boldly tart passionfruit pulp that was then restrained by the sweeter, yet still distinctly tropical passionfruit slush. To our surprise, the honey jelly and the thick slush worked seamlessly with the transition creating an enticing contrast. Overall, we enjoyed the balanced yet contrasting textures, flavours and temperatures in this refreshing drink.
