Paldo Crab Chips

These were the Paldo Crab Chips. These were wheat snacks flavoured with crab seasoning (from crab extract and crab flavour and dried shrimp).

These chips were around 2 x 1.5 x 0.5 cm in size with a curved and ridged shape, as well as a seafood aroma. Upon tasting, the crab flavour came through with a distinct savoury quality — with a hint more depth than regular shrimp crackers — before a mellow sweetness emerged briefly ahead of a return of a savoury finish. The chips melted in the mouth and the savoury quality in these crackers was very welcome and in stark contrast to the dominating sweetness of many other Korean chips.

These Paldo Crab Chips contained 50 g. It was produced in South Korea and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2022.
