Sanko Seika Juujitsu Jako Kibun

This is the Sanko Seika Juujitsu Jako Kibun.

Each bag consisted of 15 individually sealed packs, with each pack containing two crackers. Notably, these crackers contained the equivalent of 5 times the amount of calcium found in a standard 180 mL glass of milk.

Each cracker had a diameter of approximately 6 cm and a thickness of 2.5 mm and emitted a pronounced sea-inspired aroma.

Upon tasting, the fine dusting of salt on the surface imparted an initial savoury quality, which was further intensified by the identical oceanic notes found in the kosakana. These oceanic undertones developed as the cracker was consumed, diffusing gently throughout the palate and lingering into the finish. Due to their thin and crisp texture, these crackers did not offer the same gratifying crunch as their thicker senbei counterparts. However, the profound oceanic flavour derived from the kosakana created an immensely pleasurable flavour profile. Nonetheless, we would be more inclined to consider repurchasing options such as the Ikedaya Seika Iso no Sachi Okonomi.

This Sanko Seika Juujitsu Jako Kibun contained 93 g or 12 packages each with 2 pieces. It was produced in Japan and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2022.
