This is the Sangaria Tsubumi Peach. It included peach purée and 5 mm flesh cubes, along with a 15% concentration of peach juice.

The beverage was an opaque yellow-beige hue and emitted a sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe white peaches. It contained peach purée and peach flesh cubes, which were prone to settling at the bottom. Upon tasting after inverting the bottle to ensure even distribution, each sip began with a white peach quality akin to the heart of a fully ripened peach during its prime season. It provided a crisp sweetness with a robust peach flavour that remained consistently fresh throughout the sip, enhanced by subtle yet delightful floral undertones. The peach purée contributed a subtle viscosity, giving an overall mouthfeel reminiscent of peach nectar. The cubes provided generous textural variation yet effortlessly melted on the palate with the slightest pressure and delivered a refreshing acidity that harmoniously balanced the beverage’s sweetness, resulting in a revitalizing finish without any lingering aftertaste. In general, the peach flavour in this beverage was subtly milder, with more pronounced crispness compared to the richer Fujiya Nectar Tsubu Tsubu White Peach.
This Sangaria Tsubumi Peach contained 380 g. It was produced in Japan and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2023.
