Notably, the initial sip brought forth a gentle sweetness akin to blackcurrant, evolving by mid-sip with a bold acidity reminiscent of black plum. This fresh tartness persisted into the finish where it lingered briefly in the aftertaste. Overall, the grape juice proved exceptionally refreshing, capturing the mellow yet rich interplay of sweet and sour nuances found in black grapes. Remarkably, it lacked the cloying sweetness commonly found in grape juices made from concentrates, as often seen in Western supermarkets.
