This is the Tarami no Dossari Hokkaidō Melon Jelly with White Peach. It used jelly made from Hokkaidō-grown melon purée and white peach flesh.
The jelly was a translucent green-yellow hue with a sweet muskmelon aroma and bite-sized cubes of peach flesh evenly dispersed throughout. Upon tasting, the jelly offered a pronounced muskmelon flavor with an aromatic sweetness accompanied by a delightful slippery wobble. The white peach flesh contributed a pleasant crunchiness, easily cut through with a spoon, while also absorbing the melon’s essence from the jelly and imparting its own subtle dewy sweetness. This harmonious combination of melon and peach resulted in a refreshing fruit jelly that we would repurchase.
This Tarami no Dossari Hokkaidō Melon Jelly with White Peach contained 230 g. It was produced in Japan and purchased in Hong Kong in 2023.
