The soy milk provided a rich mouthfeel akin to a regular latte, without any noticeable soy bean notes. The maple flavour was prominent at the start of each sip, adding a woody, floral depth to the sweetness. Mid-sip, light roasted coffee notes emerged with a subtle bitterness to offset the sweetness and led into a finish with a soft maple aftertaste. Overall, this maple-flavoured latte with soy milk was an enjoyable mid-morning pick-me-up, though it might be a bit too sweet for an early morning choice.
