Each box contained eight individually sealed cookies, each measuring approximately 4.5 × 3.5 × 1.0 cm. The cookies featured a 0.5 cm tan-hued border encircling a pink centre, which was studded with white chocolate chips. The aroma was sweet and buttery, with a faint fruity note, though not immediately identifiable as white peach.
On tasting, the tan border delivered a crisp texture and a golden-brown, buttery flavour, providing a satisfying bite. The pink centre offered a softer, moister crumb with a delicate floral sweetness. The white peach flavour, while gentle and natural, was subtle rather than pronounced. The white chocolate chips introduced a smooth, creamy sweetness that brought the elements together, evoking the vanilla custard component of a fruit tart.
The contrast between the crisp outer edge, soft centre, and creamy inclusions created a balanced and pleasant eating experience. However, the white peach flavour was notably subdued when compared to the more vibrant melon variant, making this cookie a milder and less striking entry in the Palettie range. While texturally sound, it fell short in fully conveying the brightness and freshness typically associated with white peach.
