This is the Sun & Liv Yamagata Daihyō Apple, made from 100% straight juice extracted from a blend of two apple varieties: the brilliantly sweet Fuji and the sweet-and-sour Koume. The juice is processed in a sealed environment to prevent oxidation, preserving the apples’ flavours at their peak.
The beverage had an opaque beige-yellow hue with a sweet aroma of fresh apples.
