The interior had a puréed-like texture rather than the typical bouncy chew of gelatin-based gummies, enhancing the distinct floral sweetness of white peach while the sour crystals added a subtle crunch. The yellow half carried a sweeter peach flavour, while the orange half had a slight tartness, contributing a juicy acidity that, when combined, created a balanced and refreshing flavour of white peach soda .
