Our positive experience with the Kopparberg Elderflower & Lime Cider persuaded us to try the Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Cider, a ‘Swedish apple cider with a taste of strawberry and lime’.
The cider is a translucent red colour with a moderate carbonation and strong fresh strawberry nose. Served chilled, sweet notes of fresh strawberry came through in the head with lightly tart and zesty lime, persisting throughout the sip, building in intensity in the body before leaving a subtle aftertaste of strawberry. It’s difficult to pick out the apple notes of the base, but the cider is very refreshing and intensely fruity – perfect for summer.
This Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Cider contained 330 ml. It was produced in Sweden and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2017.
