Enjoyed when chilled, the coffee exuded a robust aroma of salted caramel, which persisted strongly upon tasting. The caramel syrup contributed a gentle sweetness akin to that found in a caramel macchiato. However, what truly captivated the taste buds were the distinct savoury nuances present in the salted cold foam. Surprisingly delightful, these savoury elements interplayed harmoniously with the overall flavour profile. While the syrup worked to temper any underlying bitterness in the coffee, the salted caramel component further alleviated residual acidity. Given the inherent smoothness of the cold brew, this marriage of flavours elevated it to an even more velvety and refined level.
