Served chilled, the distinct flavours of blood orange came through with its bright, gently sweet, raspberry-like citrus flavour that softens the sharpness characteristic of orange juice on its own and continues to linger in the background of each sip. Pulp is suspended throughout the juice, but does not interfere with the mouthfeel. Overall, this is a tasty twist on orange juice.
