This is the Asahi Calpis Soda Fragrant Green Apple. It contained 1% apple juice concentrate.
The beverage had an opaque, crisp white hue with a sweet and slightly tart aroma of apples and a moderate level of carbonation. Consumed chilled, the citrusy-tart notes of green apples were immediately noticeable, developing into a deliciously crisp sweetness mid-sip. The rich apple flavour dominated the first half of the sip, with the sweet yoghurt notes of the Calpis emerging briefly towards the end, just as the carbonation bubbles cleansed the palate. Overall, this beverage had a delectable fragrant apple flavour and, combined with its soft carbonation, was incredibly refreshing and well worth repurchasing, much like previous flavours in this series: Sunny Apple and Overflowing Pear.
