This Le Marche Francais Sparkling Cloudy Lemonade is the second of two French produced soft drinks bottled in thick glass that we picked up from Aldi – the other being Sparkling Pink Grapefruit.

The soft drink was a translucent, cloudy pale yellow colour with a light citrus nose and generous carbonation. Served chilled, a sugary sweetness emerged ahead of a light lemon flavour in the body that’s sweet but without any tartness or zestiness before receding and leaving a sweet finish. Overall, the soft drink tastes like a lemonade but does not deliver on the intensity of citrus flavour that makes cloudy lemonade so refreshing. Solo by Schweppes is a more affordable and tastier alternative.
This Le Marche Francais Sparkling Cloudy Lemonade contained 750 ml. It was bottled in France and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2017.
