This Vita Lime Lemon Tea is a variation on the original Lemon Tea.
The beverage was a semi-transparent brown colour with a sweet citrusy tea aroma. Served chilled, crisply zesty notes of lime came through at the head of each sip with a deeper flavour than the lemon while retaining the acidity but restraining the sweetness that leaves the original lemon tea taste somewhat muddled. This restrained sweetness allows the black tea base to came through more prominently and leaves a cleaner aftertaste that avoids the lingering sweetness of the lemon and makes this lime lemon version more refreshing.
